CANCELLATION POLICY:  At ELLEVEN SALON we cherish your time, and that of our team. We believe your appointment time is very valuable, and we hold the appointment time specifically for you! Please be aware the 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling any appointments. This provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

Any last minute cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to half the cost of the cancelled appointment.

Those who NO SHOW an appointment without calling to cancel will be subject to the FULL COST of the missed appointment and must be paid for before reserving any future appointments. Multiple cancellations within 24 hours and/or "NO SHOWS" will result in the inability to reserve future appointments.

Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation (in the same day), must cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment time, or will be charged a flat fee of $30.

Lengthy color appointments are subject to holding a credit card number on file for the appointment. Guests who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.

As a courtesy, ELLEVEN SALON will send out a reminder E-mail and a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. If ELLEVEN SALON cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.

 

 

LATE ARRIVALS:  We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment where the guest is 15+ minutes late for their appointment time. 

 

 

RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS:  All EXCHANGES and RETURNS are only eligible with 14 days of the original purchase date. Purchased items that have been slightly used (one or two times) can be EXCHANGED for a product of equal or lesser value, and salon credit will be given for the remaining balance. To be eligible for a RETURN, your item must be UNUSED, unopened, and in the same condition that you purchased it.

 

 

SALON LIABILITY:  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Smocks and capes are available for you to change into prior to color services to protect valuable clothing.

 

 

NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION:  Our goal as hair professionals here at ELLEVEN SALON, is to not only to meet, but exceed the expectations of our clients. To ensure that we as professionals can deliver optimal results each and every time, we require that first time customers, requesting a specialty hair color service, first come in for a Complimentary Consultation to meet with a stylist and discuss hair goals before scheduling the actual hair appointment.

 

We do this because hair can vary in length, density, and color. So that we can best meet our clients’ needs, this 15-20 minute consultation before the actual appointment will help to set expectations as to what service is required, approximately how long the service will take, and approximately what it will cost.

 

A consultation does not assume that a particular service can or will be performed. In rare cases, if our stylist feels that a client’s expectations cannot be met, we reserve the right, in our professional position, to kindly refuse service.

 

 

REFUNDS ON SERVICES:  Client satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take extra time to consult with our guests prior to any color service. And because results can vary, as will be discussed thoroughly in every consultation, we are unable to offer refunds for services performed by our professionals. In the event that the results were not satisfactory, we allow for an adjustment to that service within 14 days of your original appointment date.

CHILD SAFETY:  Our salon is not child-proof! In order to ensure your child's safety and in an effort to provide a relaxing salon experience for all guests, our policies strictly prohibit leaving children unattended in the salon. If you must bring young children to your appointment , please provide appropriate supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Older children not requiring supervision may wait in our lobby area while you enjoy your visit.

YOUR PRIVACY:  We observe strict privacy policies and won't disclose your information to any other party. Personal and/or Credit Card information will be securely kept with our Front Desk System.
